Information for Employee Representatives

There are an increasing number of trade union members who are living with HIV infection, some of whom have AIDS. Trade union and employee representatives must do all they can to ensure those members with HIV and AIDS are not discriminated against or subjected to any form of harassment. They must also ensure that they are given the advice and support they require.
