ACET's Confidentiality Code
Confidentiality is of paramount importance and everybody involved in ACET is bound by the same rules. At your first appointment you will be asked to read and sign a
confidentiality statement, which explains how ACET safeguards your confidentiality. You will also be given a personal copy of the statement to keep for future reference.
We will also need a letter from your consultant, confirming that you are HIV positive. We will therefore ask you to sign a consent form , which allows your consultant to confirm your HIV positive status to us.
