This section provides an introduction to some of the financial issues you may encounter when living with HIV in Jersey. It includes introductory information about welfare benefits in Jersey as well as information about insurance, pensions and debt management.
The information in this section is not exhaustive and it is not intended to replace specialist advice. It is important to understand that not all financial advisors have a detailed understanding of the financial issues faced by HIV-positive people.
A very good place to start if you want information on benefits in Jersey or debt management is the Citizen’s Advice Bureau where all advice is free.
